Some couples come to us before choosing a venue. Others have everything booked and need someone to run the day. We can help with either.
Wedding planning
Help with choosing, booking and organising your wedding.
We talk through your ideas and budget, then work through what needs arranging:
- Venue visits, measurements and ceremony or reception layouts
- Supplier recommendations, enquiries and quotes
- Design ideas, flowers, décor and rentals
- A schedule for the ceremony, photographs and reception
Wedding coordination
Someone to look after the wedding you’ve planned.
We go through your bookings together before the wedding, with time to check anything that’s missing:
- A call in advance to review your plans
- A venue walkthrough and supplier timing checks
- A wedding day schedule for everyone involved
- Wedding day oversight, including the agreed setup
Your proposal will set out what we’ll take care of, the hours covered and the fee.

Space for your guests
Venue visits and measurements help us work out seating and layouts. We also check setup arrangements and supplier access with the venue.
A plan for the weather
For an outdoor ceremony, we’ll discuss the backup option early, including when a decision needs to be made.
Time to enjoy the day
We allow for getting ready, travel and photographs, as well as time to spend with your guests.

Meet Abigail.
I’m Abigail, the lead wedding planner at Enchanting Moments. I’m based in Providenciales, so I can visit venues and work through the arrangements here while you plan from home.
My work includes checking measurements, discussing quotes, arranging flowers and rentals, and making sure the schedule makes sense for your wedding.
If you’ve already done the planning, we’ll have a call and walk through the venue before I take over the coordination we’ve agreed.
We also offer photography, video and décor services. Let me know if you’d like those included in your proposal.

Questions couples ask.
What’s the difference between wedding planning and coordination?
Planning includes help choosing and arranging services. Coordination covers reviewing the bookings you’ve made, checking the schedule and overseeing the wedding day. We’ll discuss which you need.
Can you coordinate a wedding we’ve already planned?
Yes. Send your date, venue, guest count and supplier bookings. We’ll check availability and discuss the handover, including a call and venue walkthrough before the wedding.
Do we need a venue before we enquire?
No. Get in touch while you’re considering locations, whether you have a beach, villa or resort in mind.
How much does planning or coordination cost?
It depends on the arrangements, guest count and hours of support needed. We’ll send a proposal after discussing your plans. Photography, video and décor are included only when agreed.
Do you plan both intimate and larger weddings?
Yes. Tell us your guest count and venue ideas, and we’ll discuss the arrangements and support you’ll need.
When should we get in touch?
Once you have a date or a few possible dates. If the wedding is soon, send what’s already booked so we can check what help is possible.
