We photograph small ceremonies and full wedding days, with a mix of guided portraits and candid coverage. We’ll help you get comfortable in front of the camera, organize the family photographs, and leave time for you to enjoy your celebration.

Ask about your wedding date

Before you book an outside photographer

Beaches has its own photography services, but couples also book us to photograph their weddings at the resort. Let your wedding coordinator know you’d like to bring Enchanting Moments TCI and confirm the arrangements before paying your photography deposit.

The resort fees we advise couples to budget for are approximately $1,000 for an outside photographer or $1,500 for an outside photographer and videographer. These are resort charges, separate from our photography and video packages. Confirm the amount and payment arrangements with your Beaches wedding coordinator for your date.

Ask your coordinator about any paperwork or access requirements for our team. Sharing those details with us early helps us plan our arrival and coverage.

What it’s like to work with us

You don’t need to know how to pose. During portraits, we’ll give you direction so you’re not left wondering where to stand or what to do with your hands. During the ceremony and celebrations, our attention is on what’s happening around you.

Before the wedding, tell us what you want to make time for. That might be getting ready with your family, a first look, portraits together, or the dance floor later that evening.

It also helps to share a short list of family groups and any sensitive family arrangements. Planning those photographs beforehand means fewer decisions for you to make on the day.

How much coverage will you need?

The best starting point is your schedule. Think about the first moment you want photographed and the last event you don’t want us to miss.

Three hours

Three hours may suit a smaller celebration focused on the ceremony, family photographs, and portraits together. Getting ready photographs or sunset portraits will depend on how close those moments fall to the ceremony.

Five hours

Five hours gives you more room for preparations or part of the reception. Whether that includes speeches or a first dance depends on when they happen.

Eight hours

Eight hours allows broader coverage, from preparations into the evening. Check the planned finish time against your reception schedule, especially if dancing is a priority.

We’ll review the timing with you before recommending coverage. Walking between locations, gathering family members, and allowing for small delays all need space in the schedule.

Making time for beach portraits

If you’d like portraits near sunset, mention that before your ceremony time is finalized.

Work backward from sunset on your wedding date, allowing time for the ceremony, congratulations, group photographs, and the walk to your portrait location. A larger wedding party or several family groups will need more time.

An earlier ceremony can work too. The portrait plan should fit the available light and your reception schedule. We can help you discuss that timing with your coordinator.

Choose a backup location with the resort team as well. Knowing where photographs can happen if the weather changes saves decisions on the day.

Photography and wedding films

If hearing your vows and speeches again matters to you, consider adding video to your coverage.

We offer photography and videography, so we can plan both around the same schedule. Tell us which parts of the day you want recorded and ask what’s included in the package you’re considering.
