HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS?
WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?
Please allow us up to one week to carefully edit and perfect your gallery.
You’ll receive your photos through a secure online gallery link sent directly to your email. From there, you can choose your favourites from a fully edited, proofed selection of the best images from your session.
Your package includes a set number of images, but you’re welcome to select additional favourites at a discounted rate.
You may also share your gallery link with family and friends so they can view, download, and select their own images.
DO I GET MY PHOTOS IN THE HIGHEST QUALITY POSSIBLE?
Your photos are delivered in the highest quality possible, ensuring they look stunning on any device or print. We never compress or reduce the resolution, so you receive crisp, clear, and vibrant images just as they were captured.
Rest assured, your memories are preserved in the best possible way!
Downloading your photos is simple! Just click the secure link we provide, select the images you want, and download them directly to your device. The files are high-resolution and ready for printing.
You can take them to any print shop, upload them to an online printing service, or print them at home. If the printery needs any specific file details, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

DO I GET TO PICK MY 15, 30 or 60 PHOTOS?
You have the freedom to choose your favorite images, or if you prefer, you can trust my professional eye to select the best ones for you. I carefully curate photos based on composition, lighting, and genuine moments to ensure you receive the most beautiful shots.
For sunset shoots, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, during peak seasons (Nov-Aug). Ideally, 2 months in advance is best to secure a time-slot.
There is only one sunset a day - so please keep in mind, this specific time-slot goes quick!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
I HAVE A SPECIFIC STYLE IN MIND, CAN YOU RECREATE IT?
We're happy to tailor our editing style to your preferences and are more than willing to work from any inspiration or guidelines you provide. Weather it’s soft lighting, warm tones, or dark dramatic sunsets with flash - we can adjust the shoot to your personal preference! If you have specific poses or shots you'd like us to capture, feel free to send over a checklist—we’re happy to accommodate!
Best Photo Times
Sunset and Golden Hour
Plan to book your photoshoot 30-60 minutes depending on your package length before the sunset to capture golden lighting. The sunset time changes every month so be sure to check the sunset times to ensure proper booking. This is the most sought after time to take photos.
Location also has a big factor on lighting so please message us so we can plan to suit your style accordingly, weather you’d like a dramatic sunset, or golden hour and soft lighting.

Bright Waters, Cheerful, Tropical
If you’re looking to capture the bright turquoise color of the Turks and Caicos waters, we recommend a morning time slot such as 9:30am. Late afternoon is also a good time to take bright water photos (when the sun is more gentle) to avoid the hottest part of the day - which is not an ideal time to take photos.
For families with small children, it is more ideal to pick a sunset timeframe to avoid the bright sun which may cause squinty- eyed photos.
